WHY IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO ORDER ALL PRODUCTS ON LINE?

Articles with a higher weight or larger measurements than the parcel delivery services will allow, can not be ordered through the web-shop. This refers to some furniture types, chairs, sofas, large chests or large log baskets. However, you can always contact us in order to arrange for either pick-up or a non standard delivery.

WHY DO DELIVERY TIMES VARY?

Most of our products are delivered out of stock. The delivery times for out of stock products varies from several days to 4 weeks. When it concerns an item that is still in the manufacturing process, delivery delays can extend to 3-6 months. We will do our best to ensure that delivery will occur as quickly as possible. 

HOW MUCH EXTRA SPACE SHOULD I ALLOW WHEN MEASURING FOR A WALL UNIT?

Between 1-2 cm on each measurement of width, depth and height. Click here for our measuring instructions.

ARE THE MENTIONED MEASUREMENTS EXACT?

Each product is handmade and, thus, unique. The mentioned measurements are a good indicator but could deviate by an average of 1-2 cm, which is why, when measuring your planned wall unit, you should allow a few centimetres more as margin. 

DO THE COLORS ON THE WEBSITE ALWAYS “EXACTLY” MATCH THAT OF THE DELIVERED GOODS?

Yes, although colour nuances are part of the charm of “natural” products. Bear in mind that the lighting on your computer screen as well as the lighting in the website pictures can give distortions, not so much in the colour, but in the degree of lightness or darkness.

RETURNED GOODS

If your order does not correspond to your expectations, then you should notify us within 8 days of receipt of the goods. We would then mutually agree as to how we can best help you. If you decide not to keep the goods, the initial shipping costs from our warehouse to your delivery address will not be credited.
